James Park is the founder and Executive Director of Bridges Global Mission. Over the years, his biggest desire has been to holistically disciple people through missions and to use his gifts to shine the light of Jesus. James holds an MBA from Liberty University and Master of Divinity degree from Regent University, where he was commissioned as an Air Force officer and chaplain candidate.

His career experience includes product strategy for a Fortune 50 company and UX design for federal government contractors. With a background in education, God perfectly positioned James to birth Bridges Global Mission as means to serve those at home and abroad. His mission to educate, disciple, and empower people is matched only by his heart for others and humility. 

With a strong burden for the next generation, James handles his responsibility to lead with grace and wisdom. In addition to his mission to India, he also served on mission trips to Kenya, Philippines, Mexico, and Mozambique.

In his free time, James enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, hiking, and pursuing creative hobbies.

Stephanie Park is a skilled leader and communicator who loves to build and help people be free from all that hinders them. Her strength in organizational leadership and ministry experience aid her as a co-founder in providing leadership, setting up the organizational structure, and overseeing communications. As a former pastor, Stephanie has a strong sense of empathy and can often be found in deep conversations providing insight and wisdom to people in multiple spheres. She was also a co-founder of an organization that fought human trafficking and a Regional Coordinator for a prayer ministry. 

A learner at heart, she loves to research (especially about physical and emotional healing), and longs to see people walk in wholeness in every area. Her heart for seeing people experience freedom coupled with her honest and perceptive nature has made her a trusted advisor. Known for her passion, she loves to help people realize that their best guide is the Holy Spirit. With a heart for those who have experienced oppression, Stephanie champions causes that include justice, helping women, and children. She has been on missions trips to China, Mexico, Mozambique, El Salvador, and England. 

When she isn’t writing or making content, you can find her singing, reading, or making international cuisine. 

With extensive experience in human services, human resource management, community outreach, nonprofit program coordination, and ministry work in both the Philippines and the United States, Marielle is passionate about serving individual and families through compassionate servant leadership and practical support. She has dedicated significant efforts to mentoring and supporting homeless women and children through life-skills coaching, advocacy, and faith-based encouragement. Her commitment to helping others overcome barriers and achieve personal growth reflects her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

In ministry, Marielle has actively engaged in intentional discipleship, reinforcing integral spiritual disciplines, encouragement, and practical guidance. She holds certificates in Group Discipleship and Christian Counseling, further equipping her to offer biblical guidance and empathetic care.
Marielle earned a Graduate Degree in Industrial Relations majoring in Human Development from the University of the Philippines, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from the University of the East, Philippines, and an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services from Waubonsee Community College in Illinois, where she graduated with Presidential Honors.

Her life’s mission is to use her professional experience, education, and Christian faith to encourage, empower, and serve others. She deeply believes that effective ministry is grounded in humility, compassion, and a servant’s heart, following the example of Jesus Christ.

Outside of her professional and ministry work, she enjoys home decorating, gardening, spending time with her two Boston Terriers, and sharing life with her devoted husband.
