Our connection with India began in 2010 when James Park accompanied Alan and Sally Keiran on a mission trip to South India. As the Lord directed their journey, they spent time with orphans at Light Children Home and visited local villages. God opened doors and the Spirit moved powerfully, as many people were touched by God’s Presence and surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ.
Birth the Fire Ministries was started in March 2015 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Virginia. In 2020, the ministry was renamed Bridges Global Mission to partner with our ministry family in India to build and establish Global Mission Bible College.
Bridges Global Mission exists to fulfill the Great Commission, to equip and disciple individuals and communities to transform culture and society with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Bridges Global Mission is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Tax ID (EIN) 99-0914682.
How a Trip to India Led to Bridges Global Mission
In 2010, Alan and Sally Keiran organized a mission trip to Inida to visit Light Children Home. They invited James Park to accompany them.
They met Pastor John Moses and his three sons, John Samuel, Earnest Billy Graham, and Krupa, who were also serving in various ministries in India.
As James spent time with the beautiful children and people of India, his heart was stirred and motivated to continue supporting their ministries.
